This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of your information when you use this site.

TMC only collects personally identifiable information you intentionally submit through a contact form, email, or by commenting on an article. Truth Matters Church does not sell or share any collected information about you, either by your intentional submission or passive activity on this site, outside of our ministry.  Your personal data will be treated with the strictest confidentially and will only be shared with trusted members of the church in order to carry out a service to other church members or for purposes connected with the church.  Your data is never shared outside the ministry.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

We use Google Analytics to capture anonymous data about user actions on our site, however TMC does not use these analytics for any marketing or sales purposes. 

We keep your personal data in accordance with the guidance set out in the Truth Matters Church Records Retention Policy which is available upon request. Specifically, we retain electoral roll data while it’s still current and for 6 years thereafter; benevolence declarations and associated paperwork for up to 6 years after the calendar year to which they relate; and church registers and/or software (baptisms, marriages, funerals) permanently
